Gi & No-Gi

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art that focuses on techniques to control and submit an opponent through the use of joint locks and chokes. Groundswell MMA offers both Gi and No-Gi classes to provide students with a well-rounded understanding of the sport.
